We don’t take open products back, only new and unopened or 10 days after they got delivered. If the package you receive does not match your order we will fix, NO NONSENSE, we promise.
Please let us know ASAP if any items arrive damaged. Please keep all original shipping labels and take pictures if possible. Damaged item claims are handled through the shipping carrier USPS. We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than any of us would like!

The customer is responsible for all back-and-forth shipping. We don’t take open products back – only new and unopened items or 10 days after they got delivered.
Spalina Skincare does not typically take back orders, however, items in which a backorder or pre-order is available will be clearly identified.

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in states or areas that require sales tax.
